In May of this year we noticed a gradual decline in numbers as the market started to get tight, we got proactive and started an upskill initiative, promoting drivers from Van drivers to Class 2 and Class 2 to Class 1. Taking our total of upskilled drivers to over 60. We currently have another 9 employees who will be qualified to drive within the next 10 weeks. In October, we ordered 15 new trailers to replace old ones, to make drivers days easier..
